Priorities in the Christian Life

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness;

and all these things shall be added unto you."

~ Matthew 6:33

What are YOUR Priorities? What is truly important to you? The answer is simple: How do you spend your time? We may say that God's Word is a priority in our lives, but do we spend more time on a computer or phone, or in other activities than we do reading our Bible? We may say that the church service should be a priority, but most church members are not truly concerned with church attendance and activities. Success in your Christian life will be determined on how you schedule your life. The things that are most important to you will be numbered high on your "To Do" schedule. If you love the Bible, you will schedule time to read and study it. The same is true with prayer, church attendance, and all other spiritual matters. Notice our verse, "Seek ye first." Who and what is first in your life? Talk is cheap, and it's about all that most church members do.

When you come to a point that you seek God's will first, you are on your way to better days... Days that will be more fruitful and rewarding. "All these things will be added unto you." I like that word, "all". Where are your priorities? You know.. and Jesus knows!
