"Can I Have A Witness?"

Post date: Jul 28, 2014 10:52:21 PM

"But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses

unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Hebrews 10:23

We began a new Sunday School series on the importance of every Christian being a better witness for our Lord Jesus. If there is one thing the Devil desires, it is that every Christian keep their faith to themselves. Seems that he is doing a good job. These lessons will help you and encourage you in you witnessing. Of all the joys a Christian could experience, nothing compares to seeing someone get saved that you have witnessed to. One of the main reasons that Jesus saved you was that you would be a witness unto Him. Here's the question that you need to answer. "Have you ever sat down and shared the Gospel with anyone?" To best measure the growth and maturity of a Christian, check how they witness for the Lord Jesus. Through these lessons, I will put some spiritual tools in your hands that will help you be a batter witness. If you really desire to be a better witness, it will come to pass. Can you see yourself getting to a point in your life that sharing Christ with someone could be as natural as eating a meal? It's my prayer and heart's desire that every member here at Welch Creek will become a faithful witness of the Gospel. Looking to see all of you adults in Sunday School! (Sunday School starts at 9:45 AM in the old dining hall!
