The Sorrow Helper

Our world is a world filled with much sorrow and grief. It seems every week, we hear and see that tragedy has struck. People everywhere are looking for a place to escape the dangers all around us. The truth is, there is no place where one can escape to. Grief and sorrow can be found in every land.

The sinfulness of man and the mighty acts of nature will always produce sorrow and grief. Even though there is no place on earth where you can escape to, there is a Person you can to to in times of trouble. That Person is our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the great "Burden-bearer" and the great "Grief-helper." On the cross, He bore our sins and sorrows. He took upon Himself our sin and shame. He is the only One who can cleanse you and give you what you really need in order to make it through life. Having Him in your life gives you Someone who has the ability and power to assist you in your times of sorrow and grief. He is near, very near, and He cares for you. Call upon Him today, and se for yourself what He can do for you!
